By accessing or using the CartMor platform ("Service"), including any associated websites, APIs, and mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use our Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, merchants, and others who access or use the Service. By creating an account or using our platform, you represent that you are at least 16 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

Account Registration & Security
To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

Use of Services
CartMor provides a multi-tenant e-commerce platform that enables merchants to create and manage online stores. Our services include:
- Store creation: Template-based store builder with visual customization tools for creating your branded online store.
- Product management: Tools for adding, editing, organizing, and importing products including images, categories, and inventory tracking.
- Order processing: Order management, status tracking, customer notifications, and data export capabilities.
- Payment handling: Integration with payment gateways and support for installment payment plans.
- Analytics: Dashboard with revenue charts, traffic insights, and business performance metrics.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes that affect your use of the platform.

Payments & Billing
Certain features of CartMor may require payment of fees. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing page at the time of purchase.
- Provide accurate and complete billing information, including a valid payment method.
- Authorize CartMor to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Refund Policy: We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of initial purchase. Refund requests should be directed to our support team through the contact page.
Merchants' responsibility: Transactions between merchants and their customers are governed by the merchant's own return and refund policies. CartMor is not responsible for disputes between merchants and their customers.

User Content & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you upload to CartMor, including product listings, images, descriptions, and store branding ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant CartMor a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing and promoting the Service.
- Your content: You are solely responsible for the content you upload and must ensure it does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
- Our content: CartMor's platform, templates, designs, logos, and software are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without written permission.
- Template usage: Store templates provided by CartMor are licensed for use within the platform only. Templates may not be extracted, redistributed, or used outside of CartMor.

Prohibited Activities
When using CartMor, you agree not to engage in any of the following:

Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or system resources

Uploading malicious code, viruses, or harmful content to the platform

Using automated systems to scrape, crawl, or overload our infrastructure

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without prior notice or refund.

Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:
- By you: You may close your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon closure, your stores will be deactivated and your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
- By CartMor: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, fail to pay applicable fees, or if required by law.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. We may retain certain data as required by law or legitimate business purposes, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CartMor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data resulting from your use of the Service.
- The inability to use the Service or any interruption to business operations.
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
- Any conduct or content of third parties on the Service, including other merchants or customers.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CartMor, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal and accounting fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Your access to or use of the Service.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Any content or products sold through your store on CartMor.

Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on our platform or via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of CartMor after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
